The Bradman Collection spans an era of cricket from 1929 to 1977 unequalled in the world. It reflects the life and achievements of Sir Donald Bradman through material gathered by, or presented to him, from around the world.

Sir Donald gave the State Library a significant portion of this very valuable collection of memorabilia, including trophies, bats and balls, stumps, clothing, artworks, newspaper banners and other pieces relating to his career.
