| Summary | Two newspaper articles, source unknown, on the scenes at the Adelaide Oval at the end of the fourth Test Match, Australia v. England, played on 29, 30 January, 1, 2, 3 and 4 February 1937, which Australia won. The articles both mention the speeches made by both captains, and also that Fleetwood-Smith was called for by the crowd to make an appearance but was unable to as he was in his bath. |
