Build skills in analysis, interpretation and evaluation.

Suitability: years 8 to 10
Days:
Monday to Thursday
Duration:
up to 90 minutes
Capacity: up to 30 students
Supervision: 1:6
Facilitator: Education Librarian

Using State Library historic maps and images, students will explore basic inquiry skills that allow them to:

  • pose questions
  • devise a hypothesis
  • critically test and evaluate findings, and
  • communicate their discoveries to one another.
