Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission, Bringing them home education module
'Bringing them home', the report of the National Inquiry into the separation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children from their families was published in 1997 by the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. This site is designed for the education sector and includes a guide to the findings and recommendations of the Inquiry, a timeline and an overview of the social justice issues facing Indigenous Australians today.

The SA Link-Up units provide family tracing and reunion services to Indigenous people who have been affected by past Government policies and practices of removal, ie 'the Stolen generations'.
The Museum hosts the highly regarded Australian Aboriginal Cultures Gallery and one of the world's largest collections of Indigenous cultural heritage. The Aboriginal Family History Unit can assist Aboriginal people to research their own family and community histories.
State Library of South Australia Aboriginal Australia Factsheets
The State Library of South Australia holds a significant amount of specialist material relating to Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Library staff have compiled a number of factsheets to assemble relevant resources on topics including Languages, Health, Native Title and Family History.
