In 1942, Edith Coleman was at the height of her career. Internationally lauded as one of Australia's leading amateur naturalists, Edith was the first woman to be awarded the Australian Natural History Medallion for her work, yet today she is almost entirely forgotten, save by a handful of scientists and naturalists.

Come and join us at the State Library of SA as we present a series of free family history talks on the third Thursday each month at 1pm.

This year the program runs from March through to November, all session are free but booking is essential. We look forward to seeing you!
