Beyond the Stage A creative arts symposium

This two-day symposium explores how the creative arts have shaped our understanding of history and South Australian society during and immediately after World War One in particular.

Join scholars and leading performing artists for a series of fascinating presentations, performances and panel discussions. Presenters include researchers from The University of Adelaide, Flinders University, Australian National University, and artists from the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, State Opera of SA, State Theatre Company of SA, and the Adelaide Cabaret Festival.

The fully catered two-day event culminates in a play reading by the State Theatre Company, commissioned by the Beyond the Stage project.
