  • Meeting rooms are available for up to 3 hours per day. 
  • Bookings are free and can be made up to 14 days in advance. 
  • You can book in person at the Information desk or via phone
  • Please advise staff at the Information Desk when you arrive to use a meeting room.
  • Bookings will be cancelled if users are more than 15 minutes late for a booked time and/or if the room is left unattended.
  • Rooms must be vacated promptly at the end of booking.
  • Group discussions should be conducted quietly.
  • No food & drink (except bottled water) is allowed in meeting rooms.
  • Please do not leave valuables unattended.
  • A booking for Room 1 requires a minimum group size of 6 people.
