Over time you might start to see some positive changes to the Library you know and love. As one of our valued customers, you form part of the reason we are here, together with gathering, protecting and sharing the publications and stories of our great state.
We have a new vision for the State Library which revitalises our services and how we interact with you, the customer, and the community. This long-term view is presented in our recently released document:
We’re looking to provide a more contemporary service that reflects community expectations, the increasing shift to digital service delivery and provides a comfortable, modern and intuitive multi-purpose space for customers wanting to access the collections. Ultimately it’s about bringing the community, staff, services and the collections closer together.
