The State Library's collection contains material about Indigenous men and women involved in politics, culture, art, sport, academia, and all other aspects of Australian life. To celebrate National Reconciliation Week 2023 we've put a spotlight on the following publications to help you explore and research.

We have the newsletters and annual reports of the Aborigines' Friends' Association, the Aborigines’ Advancement League, the Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement, ATSIC, NAIDOC, and a whole range of other organisations, right back to Aborigines’ Protection Society papers of the 1840s.
