Chamber Music Adelaide presents On the Terrace – a free, one-day mini-festival of pop-up concerts set amongst Adelaide’s most iconic cultural spaces.

Join us on Sunday 2 November from 11am to 4pm, as this much-loved event returns with a bold and diverse program spanning classical, contemporary, and diverse music traditions. Wander through the North Terrace cultural precinct and encounter over 50 intimate performances in galleries, museums, and creative spaces.

From playful family-friendly concerts to contemplative artsong, baroque masterworks to experimental soundscapes, On the Terrace offers something for every listener. Each pop-up concert provides a rare opportunity to experience live music in Adelaide's most beautiful cultural spaces - moments of transcendent beauty, bold innovation, and genuine connection.

Proudly presented by Chamber Music Adelaide, in collaboration with the Art Gallery of South Australia, State Library of South Australia, Migration Museum, and South Australian Museum.

Generous funding support for this program is provided by Create SA and the City of Adelaide.
